Embracing God
Falling on his Godsent Embrace is a Christian Historical Romance between Mollie and Walter by Chloe Carley. Mollie was sold at the age of 10 to work at a saloon. When she turns 18, the owner tries to rape her and force her sell her body to earn more money. Believing God had a reason for everything and everyone, she runs away. Mollie is found the next day by Walter in his ranch under some hedges. They then decided to get married to keep Mollie from having to return believing God brought Mollie to Walter since he was looking for a wife.
Walter was loving, kind, and patient but going through pain of his own. It was sad reading about what Mollie experienced at a young age until she turned 18 because of her dad. No matter what she was experiencing, she always turned to God and kept quoting passages that she could remember from the Bible as a kid. I was glad she got her happy ending. -
Great Story
I really enjoyed reading Mollie and Walter's story, as they each had their own problems to work through and see that they are more than what they think they are. As they work together to keep Mollie safe from a bad man they both learn that God is always with them and their faith in God strengthens as they work their way through all their problems and bring the bad guy to justice. -
overcoming the odds
Mollie and Walter are brought together in a very unusual circumstances. What will become of them, I won’t give anything away. You will just have to find out what becomes of them. Page turner for sure. -
